Lawyers representing Frances' new guardians, her paternal grandmother and aunt, have filed a motion to have all records from the proceeding be sealed from the public, including "allegations of domestic violence," according to the filed documents obtained by E! News.

If the judge doesn't agree to a wholesale hiding of the paperwork, the lawyers ask that Frances' "personal and medical information," including any "allegations of domestic violence," be blocked from public consumption.

Love was stripped of custody of 17-year-old Frances Dec. 11 and was also tagged with a temporary restraining order, barring her from contacting her daughter or in-laws. A judge will decide on Jan. 5 whether to extend the order to three years.
