A book titled “Historical and modern Nakhchivan” has been published by the Azerbaijan`s Consulate General in Kars. The book was dedicated to the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The book covers broad information about Nakhchivan`s ancient history, as well as its culture and traditions. The book also analysis socio-economic development of Nakhchivan, as well as wise mission of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the Autonomous Republic`s history.

The book also highlights Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway station project, as well as influence of the TANAP project to the development of Nakhchivan.

Azerbaijan`s Consulate General in Kars will host the event to launch the book.
