The Baku Museum Center hosted a fashion show of the Azerbaijani national costumes with the participation of the State Dance Ensemble and the State Children's Philharmonic Orchestra. The ‘From the traditions to the future’ show was organized by the Baku Fashion House.
"The costumes were made by young designers for several months. The Azerbaijani national dress – is people's material and spiritual culture, which took a long and very difficult way of development. Therefore, we approached this task very seriously and tried to widely promote our national dress. For example, we also held such shows and exhibitions in China and Kuwait,” Artistic director of the Baku Fashion House Konul Velibeyli said.
The show featured more than a dozen samples of clothing made by young artist-designers. Dancers of the Dance Ensemble and the State Children's Philharmonic Hall wee models atthis great show.
