Official of Azerbaijan Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies Alyar Tamirov attends Mobile World Congress that started in Barcelona on Feb. 15.
According to the Ministry, the congress will discuss the impact of mobile industry and information communication technologies on education, health and environment.
