Turkey will pay difference in price for the natural gas it bought from Azerbaijan after 2008, Turkey’s Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz, who is visiting Iran together with Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said.
Yildiz said Azerbaijani delegation will arrive in Ankara to continue the talks on natural gas on Oct. 28.
Yildiz also said that Turkey will sign natural gas contract will be signed with Iran as well.
Under the contract, Iran will deliver 35 bn cu m gas to Europe via Turkey.
