In January-September of 2008 Azerbaijani GDP made AZN 30.4 bln, which is 15% rise, as compared to the same period of the last year.
Day.Az reports with reference to the State Statistical Committee that the per capita GDP made AZN 3,554.4 ($4,302.1).
The GDP structure is as follows:
- Production - AZN 22,986,900,000 (16.3% rise, as compared to the last year)
including:
industry - AZN 19,310,200,000 (14.3%)
agriculture, hunting and forestry - AZN 1,656,700,000 (8.3%)
construction - AZN 2,020,000,000 (39.5%)
- services - AZN 5,321,100,000 (10.8%)
including:
transport - AZN 1,457,600,000 (13.3%)
postal service and communication - AZN 435,600,000 (30.2%)
retail and wholesale trade, repair of cars, housing facilities and personal objects - AZN 1,426,600,000 (15%)
hotel and catering services - AZN 231,500,000 (34.4%)
social and other services - AZN 1,769,800,000 (1%)
net taxes on production and import - AZN 2,062,400,000 (15.4%)
deflater is AZN 132,700,000.
