Vice-president of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) Elshad Nasirov visited Israel several days ago, Israeli Infrastructure Minister Benyamin Ben-Elizeer says.
He said that mutual cooperation prospects of the two countries in the field of oil-gas have been debated during the visit.
Israel stated that it is ready to conclude an agreement with official Baku on gas import from Azerbaijan for 20-30-year term.
