The State Committee for Securities registered Atlantbank's issue prospectus for ordinary book-entry stocks.
The amount is AZN 3,500,000, face value per stock AZN 20. According to the issue prospectus, the placement will be held through public subscription on the Baku Stock Exchange. Unibank will underwrite placement of stocks. The potential bidders can apply to any Baku Stock Exchange-member organization having a brokerage license. APA-Economics
