Action plan is being prepared for removing plants and other buildings in Baku bay, president of Azerbaijan State Caspian Shipping Company Aydin Bashirov told journalists.
Bashirov said that they are preparing paperwork and negotiating with several foreign companies for the bay's clean-up. He also underlined that the company is trying to elevate shipwrecks. He said these ships belong to various companies, APA-Economics reports.
