Poland's President Lech Kaczynski offered to hold an energy summit on transportation of energy resources from Caspian Sea to Western Europe. He invited Presidents of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Ukraine to the summit, Vilayet Guliyev, Azerbaijani ambassador to Poland told the APA.
