March 21, the World Bank Board of Directors will have discussion over financing Azerbaijan Real Estate Registry Project.
The WB Office in Baku told APA that a $30m loan for 20 years (Libor +0.5% per annum) will be extended through the EBRD to finance the five-year project. The project participants are Azerbaijan State Real Estate Registry Service, State Land and Cartography Committee and State Agency for Public Property Management.
