A bakery owned by Individual Mukhtarov, A+Co Bakery in Nasimi District, and Hovsan-1 Bakery in Khatai District were closed after examination.

Director of the State Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Patents, Ramiz Hasanov, told the APA that the baking lifecycle in these bakeries fell short of required standards and norms.

"Some bakeries reduce bread loaf weight and produce low-quality products," he said.
