The lowest rate of Azerbaijan’s national currency, manat, against the US dollar was set at 1.7525 AZN/USD for Dec. 16 after a currency auction held by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) on December 15 with participation of the country’s state oil fund SOFAZ, said the CBA.

The auction started with a price of 1.7475 manats per US dollar, according to the CBA.
