Oil prices have fallen on the global markets, with a barrel of Azeri Light crude trading at $49.97.

On the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange) cost of the US Light crude decreased $0.37 to stand at $48.84. Price of the Brent crude oil at the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures) fell $0.32 to trade at $49.83.
