The price of oil dropped in the world markets.

On the New York Stock Exchange NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange) cost of the US Light crude oil decreased $1.31 to stand at $40.28. Price of the Brent crude oil at the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures) fell $1.24 to trade at $43.01.

The Marketing and Economic Operations Department of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan said the price of a barrel of Azeri Light crude oil decreased $1.28 to stand at $43.93 on the world markets.
