According to the Construction and Town Planning Code of Azerbaijan, a Professional Register will be created for the persons, employed in the construction sector.
The deputy department head of Administrative and Military Law of the Parliament, the head of the working group working on the code, Sayyad Karimov says according to the Code, all engaged in construction activities must obtain a professional certificate.
“These requirements will ensure safety in construction, providing high quality services. After creating the registry, any customer, who wishes to conduct construction activities in the registry, can get information about any specialist”.
