President of ICF awards Azeri canoeists

Azeri canoe duo Sergey Bezugliy and Maksim Prokopenko have been awarded by president of the International Canoe Federation (ICF) José Perurena López, the press service of the Azerbaijan National Rowing Federation.

Azerbaijan canoe duo have garnered silver medal after timing 46.178 seconds in the 500m finals in the world championship in Szeged, Hungary.

Romanian couple Dumitrescu and Vautchetski won gold, while Germany`s Peter Kretschmer and Kurt Kuschela grabbed bronze medal.
