Azeri checkers player to vie for world crown

Azerbaijani checkers player Eldar Aliyev will join his opponents from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, China, Germany and the Netherlands in a race for the world champion title this weekend in Ufa, Bashkortostan.

The rapid draughts World Cup`s money prize is 3 million rubles.
