
An Azerbaijani woman alpinist has climbed the top of Mount Erciyes, a massive stratovolcano located 25 km to the south of Kayseri in Turkey. Sabina Adilzade was part of a team of Turkish climbers which conquered the Erciyes with its summit reaching 3,917 metres.
Adilzade is the first Azerbaijani female alpinist to install the country`s national flag on the top of the highest mountain in central Anatolia.
