Azerbaijan to host European veterans' weight lifting championship

The European veterans' weight lifting championship will be held in the Azebraijani town of Lankaran in 2012.

This decision was made at the Eurupean championship held last year in the Austrian city of Linz.

The tournament is expected to draw some 600 athletes from 33 European countries in late May.
