The Azerbaijani National Paralympic Committee has unveiled the names of 10 best athletes of 2010. The best sportsmen of 2010 are:

Yelena Taranova (equestrian), Elashan Huseynov (power lifting), Ilham Zakiyev, Afag Sultanova, Rovshan Safarov, Ramin Ibrahimov, Namig Novruzzadeh (judo), Elchin Muradov, Rza Osmanov and Vladimir Zayets (athletics).
