Azerbaijani grandmaster ranks 8th in Professional Chess Association list

Azerbaijani granmaster Shahriyar Mammadyarov has settled in the eighth place as a result of overall standings of all tournaments held under the aegis of the Professional Chess Association.
He has 1,880 points he gained in eight starts over the past years.

Another Azerbaijani grandmaster Vugar Hashimov ranks 19th and Teymur Rajabov – 22th.

Ukranian grandmaster Vasili Ivanchuk leads the list.
