Azerbaijani wrestler claims gold in World Championship

Azerbaijan`s Abdulmuslim Mukhiddinov weighing in at 69 kg has won gold medal at the FILA Cadet World Championship in Zrenjanin, Serbia.

He secured the title after beating an Iranian rival.

Other Azerbaijani wrestlers Mahir Amiraslanov weighing in at 50kg grabbed silver medal, while Muhammadali Aliyev at 58kg and Nurmuhammad Hajiyev at 85kg gained world bronzes.

Azerbaijan now has one gold, one silver and two bronze medals in the overall medal table.
