Elnur Mammadli is 3rd in world ranking

The International Judo Federation has announced its first ranking list in 2012, placing Azerbaijan`s Olympic champion Elnur Mammadli 3rd in the 81 kg weight category.

Other Azeri judo fighters Ilgar Mushkiyev (60 kg), Tarlan Karimov (66 kg) and Elkhan Rajabli (81 kg) are 11th, 14th and 21st in the list respectively. Azerbaijan`s female fighters Kifayat Gasimova (57 kg) and Ramila Yusubova (63 kg) currently hold the 13th and 14th positions respectively.
