
Azerbaijan will develop a bill "On Secondary Education", Chairman of the Azerbaijani Parliamentary Committee on Science and Education Shamsaddin Hajiyev told journalists today.
He said a working group was established in this regard. "Work on the bill has not been launched yet. However, the process will be accelerated after the submission of a bill "On higher education " for the discussion.. There will be drafted projects relating to all levels of the education," Hajiyev said.
Hajiyev said a bill "On Science" is expected to be adopted at the autumn session Such a law has been developed in Azerbaijan for the first time. It reflects the provisions of the law "On Education" and the Scientific Development Strategy.
He said this bill will be modern Admission of the secondary school graduates, who have received gold and silver medals, to higher schools out of the competition is not provided, Hajiyev said.
He said the gold and silver medals are awarded to graduates as moral incentives.
