Proposals on changes to ration allowance of Armed Forces to be submitted to the Cabinet

Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry intends to submit proposals on changes to the ration allowance of Armed Forces to the Cabinet of Ministers.

The ministry proposed on replacing some foods from the ration of soldiers with new ones. The details of the changes are not publicized, APA reports quoting to military sources.

Defense Ministry's press service officer Major Ilgar Verdiyev said he is unaware of it. Verdiyev said that there are changes in all spheres as well as in the ration of soldiers.

The daily rations of Azerbaijan Armed Forces soldiers include 29 kinds of products. One soldier is to enjoy a meal of 2.506kg which is 4121 kilocalories.
