Arzu Abdullayeva: "Murad Shadeddinov's bribery was confirmed by CE experts"

Arzu Abdullayeva said that the both right defenders' taking bribe from prisoners was confirmed by CE experts, APA reports.

"The most prestigious three experts of Council of Europe have informed us that while implementing investigations in Azerbaijan on human rights situation, the Sadeddinov’s taking bribe from the prisoners, was proved. If you pay attention you will see that there is cool attitude in CE and the Shadeddinovs. They do not get invitation to the majority of measures held by Council of Europe. Council of Europe sends them away regularly."

Arzu Abdullayeva has stated that some time before, information was given to press on the Shadedinovs' taking bribe from one of the prisoners — Akif Huseynov, to the press, several fact as well as the said right defenders taking bribe from Ilham Nabiyev, is being investigated. The right defender said that Murad and Rena Shadeddinovs' deeds were known after the changes in the Ministry of Justice.

"Aydin Gasimov patronized them before." Justice Ministry Court Awards Execution Main Office ex-department chief informs that all the right defenders were provided condition to enter prisons in the period when Aydin Gasimov worked at the Ministry.

"There was dispute between right defenders while preparing the list of political prisoners. But this issue has nothing to do with the official state organs. In general, it would be better if these people find problem in themselves not in others." Niyazi Mammadov has stated that, they had one information on right defenders taking bribe.

"In that information the name of Shadeddinovs' names were mentioned. Recently Murad Shaddedinov sued a file against him, and the person apologized to him for spreading not right information on him. In these works to mention certain name is a bit responsibility. This matter has not been investigated now and in our time."

Justice Ministry Court Awards Execution Main Office department chief Rafig Ramazanov in his statement told APA that one prisoner wrote application on Murad Shadeddinov's taking bribe from him. But a short period before one prisoner has applied to Arzu Abdullayeva, Seide Gojamanli and Elchin Behbudov on Murad Shadeddinov's taking bribe from him.

Rafig Ramazanov said that those prisoners have not applied to the ministry on taking bribe from them.

"Therefore, the ministry can not apply relevant state organizations on launching criminal case. On the other hand, if we do it, issue will be raised before international organizations that the main office prevents right defenders meeting with prisoners."
