Cool and dry weather to be mostly observed

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports the weather to be variable nebulous, overcast off and on and chiefly dry in Baku and Absheron peninsula on November 16. Intermittently intensifying north-western wind to blow. The temperature will be +6-9C at night and +12-15C in the noon.

While the weather is going to be mostly rainless, rain is not excluded in several places in the morning and evening. Western wind to blow and strengthen off and on. The temperature will be +3-8C at night and +12-17C in the afternoon, while from -2C to +3C in mountains at night and +5-10C in the noon.

The hesitation of the atmospheric pressure in the Absheron peninsula can make meteosensitive people feel uncomfortable.
