Rainless and gloomy weather to dominate

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts the weather to be chiefly rainless in Baku and Absheron peninsula. Northern wind is going to relent in the noon.
The temperature will be +15-20 at night, +26-31C in the afternoon.
Sea water temperature will be +20-23C at Absheron beaches.
 
Lightning and infrequent rain are forecasted for some mountainous and foothills  regions along with short-term rain in eastern regions  of Azerbaijan, while the main course of weather will be dry in the main. Mild western wind to waft.
The temperature will be  +15-20C at night, +27-32C in the afternoon, while +6-11C in mountains at night and +15-20 in the afternoon.
