Volatile cloudy weather to be accompanied by infrequent rain

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts that the weather is going to be changeable cloudy, intermittently gloomy, while rainy in some places in Baku and Absheron peninsula. Interruptedly strengthening north-western wind will relent in the second half of the day.
The temperature will be +13-17 at night, +18-23C in the afternoon.
 
Lightning and infrequent rains are forecasted for the regions of Azerbaijan. Western wind to waft and intensify during lightning.
The temperature will be  +12-17C at night, +22-27C and in the afternoon, while +4-9C in mountains at night and +13-18C in the afternoon.

Dominance of the Khazri wind along with humid weather condition in Baku and Absheron peninsula can cause discomfort for some meteosensitive people.
