Cool weather to keep dominance

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts cloudy weather to dominate. Infrequent rain is expected in the course of a day. Soft north-eastern wind to blow.
The temperature will be +5-8C at night, +8-13 in the afternoon.
 
As for the regions of Azerbaijan, southern and western regions are going to have an intermittently rainy day along with sleet and snow in mountainous regions and mist in several areas. Waft of eastern wind to be deserved.
The temperature will be  +5-9C at night, +10-15C in the afternoon, while from -4C to +1C in mountains at night, -5 -10 C in high mountainous zones and +1-5 in the afternoon.
