Weather to detoriorate in country

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts the weather to be changeable cloudy and intermittently overcast. Strong north-western wind to relent in the evening.
The temperature will be +7-10C at night, +15-19 in the afternoon.
 
As for the regions of Azerbaijan, April 10 will bring short-term rainy weather along with lightning. Infrequently intensifying western wind will waft.
The temperature will be  +9-14C at night, +20-25C and up to +27 in some places, while  +5-10C in mountains at night, +10-15 and up to +17C in different areas in the afternoon.
