Weather to be rainless and cloudy

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources predicts the weather to be variable nebulous and chiefly dry throughout the day. Cloudiness will intensify towards evening. Southern wind will be followed by an interruptedly strengthening north-western wind in the evening.
The temperature will be +8-13C at night, +18-23 and up to +26C  in the afternoon.
 
As for the regions of Azerbaijan, main course of the weather is expected to be predominantly rainless, foggy in some areas during night and morning. Several foothills and mountainous regions will have a little rain and lightning. Western wind will blow along with an intermittent intensification in some places.
The temperature will be  +9-14C at night, +23-28C and up to +30 in some places, while  +7-12C in mountains at night, +16-21 and up to +24C in different areas in the afternoon.
