Weather to be rainless

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports that the weather in Baku and Absheron peninsula is going to be variable nebulous, intermittently gloomy and mainly rainless, on Februrar8. North-western wind will be substituted by southern wind.
The temperature will be +2-5C at night, +6-11C in the afternoon.

As for the regions of Azerbaijan , some places are going to face mist against the backdrop of dominant dry weather. Western wind will blow.
The temperature will be 0-5C at night, +11-16C in the afternoon, while from -3C to +2 in the mountains at night, -3-8 in the highland areas, and +6-11C in the afternoon.

Meteosensitive people of Absheron peninsula can feel convenient due to weak and soft fluctuation of meteorological determinants.
