Azerbaijani, Turkish universities boost coop

Azerbaijan`s Qafqaz University and Turkish University of Giresun have today signed a memorandum on cooperation. The document was singed by rectors of both educational institutions, Ahmed Sanic and Aygun Attar respectively.
