Polish delegation visits ANAMA

A polish delegation headed by Director of "JAKUSZ" Company Bogdan Jakusz has visited the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) to be familiar with the work in this field.

According to the ANAMA, the agenda of the visit covered visits to Fizuli and Goygol Regional Bases to get acquainted with the operations there and get information on the ANAMA’s training base facilities, training and operational services.

The meeting hosted equipment exhibition organized by the ANAMA`s Training, Survey and Quality Assurance Division, presentation on ANAMA`s local and international activity and regional meeting on determination of cooperation fields.

The Polish delegation noted that they recognized ANAMA as professional and reliable partner in mine action.

Within the visit the delegation met with ANAMA Director Nazim Ismayilov to discuss cooperation in UXO (unexploded ordnance) clearance.
