Most expensive area in Baku announced

NGO "Participants of the Property Market" announced the results of the monitoring of Baku's land market in July 2012. The monitoring showed that, as in previous months, in July the portfolio of proposals in Baku’s land market mainly formed thanks to new free lands.

Average cost of land in Baku reached $ 14, 895.  In July, the most expensive land was put on sale in the Nasimi district of Baku (near the tea plant) - $350,000 for 100 square meters. The cheapest land was offered in the Piryakashkul settlement - $ 350 for 100 square meters.
