land market in July 2012. The monitoring showed that, as in previous months, in
July the portfolio of proposals in Baku’s
land market mainly formed thanks to new free lands.
Average cost of land in Baku
reached $ 14, 895. In July, the most
expensive land was put on sale in the Nasimi district of Baku (near the tea
plant) - $350,000 for 100
square meters. The cheapest land was offered in the
Piryakashkul settlement - $ 350 for 100 square meters.
