Azerbaijan restores rules in construction sector

“The construction of multi-storey buildings in Baku is under control. The projects are examined by experts and the construction is carried out by the licensed companies”, the Minister of Emergency Situations Kemaleddin Heydarov told journalists, APA reports.

He said that the rules in construction sector are restored: “After the establishment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations the control was strengthened in the construction sector. Some buildings are called illegally-constructed. Some of them were constructed in the time of lax control. Special committees are created to identify the quality of those buildings. There are also some buildings the constructors of which are not here now. Definite commissions are working for public acceptance of those buildings. It couldn’t disturb anyone.”
