Average cost per square meter in Baku's new buildings named

NGO "Participants of the Property Market" announced the results of the monitoring of Baku's primary housing market in March 2012. The monitoring results showed that 152 construction companies carried out construction of 423 buildings in Baku as of late March.

The average price of apartments in new buildings amounted to $ 821 per square meter in March. As in previous months, 3-room apartments are more preferable in new buildings in Baku.
