Baku beats new 'weather record'

The weather is predicted to be mostly rainless tomorrow. The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reported that mist will be in some parts of Absheron peninsula in the morning and evening. Temperate southern wind will blow.  The temperature is expected to be +1-3 C at night, +6-11C in the afternoon.

As for the regions, the weather is forecasted to be chiefly rainless during the day. Fog will be in several places at night and in the morning. Eastern wind will blow. The temperature will be -4?C to +1 C at night, +9-14 C in the afternoon, -8-13 C in the mountains at night, and 0-5 C in the afternoon.

The minimum temperature in the high mountainous areas is expected to be -13-18?C.  On march 13, relatively stable and mild weather condition in Absheron peninsula is considered suitable for meteorologically sensitive people, but on March 14-15, contrasting fluctuation of the atmospheric pressure is deemed inconvenient for majority of those people.
 
On March 11, the minimal temperature in Azerbaijan was -2.8 C, which has been a daily weather record in this period of year (-2 C) since 1900.
