Today, the Azerbaijani Transportation Ministry made a decision to congratulate women in an unusual way. A congratulatory message on the occasion of International Women's Day – March 8  was shown on the monitors controlled by the Baku Intelligent Transport Management, as well as on the electronic boards at the bus stops.
