Weather is expected to warm up

On Feb. 23, the weather is predicted to be lesser rainy in some parts of Absheron peninsula and Baku. The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reported that intermittently strengthening southern wind will blow, will be followed by temperate north-western wind in the evening.  The temperature is expected to be 0-2 C at night, +4-8 C in the afternoon.

The  weather is forecast to be lesser rainy in some northern and eastern regions mostly at night and in the evening. Fog is expected in some places in the morning. Southern wind will blow, will intensify off and on in the mountainous areas. The temperature will be -2 C to +3 C at night, +6-11 C in the afternoon, -5-10 C in the mountains at night, and 0-5?C in the afternoon. The minimum temperature in the high mountainous areas is predicted to be -10-15 C.
