10 August 2011 [10:46] - TODAY.AZ
Tert.am applied to David Harutyunyan, Head of the ruling coalition's delegation at the negotiations with the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC), for his comments on the incident that occurred on Aug. 9 evening and involved ANC members and policemen.

"I am not informed of the incident. I am in touch with Mr. Levon Zurabyan and have offered him to visit Chief of the Yerevan Police Department Nersik Nazaryan. But he refused. Later, I arranged with the chief of the Center police department and offered Mr. Zurabyan to send ANC representatives to him to get necessary information. The police promised to resolve the problem in conformity with law. I am following the process and ready to help deal with the incident" Harutyunyan said.
