Baghaei: We have no choice but to confront 'fiercely'

Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei said on Thursday that Tehran has "no other choice" but to confront its enemies "fiercely", AzerNEWS reports.

"One thing is certain: As far as the Iranian nation is concerned, we are absolutely determined and resolute to continue defending ourselves against this aggression. This is our land. This is an unjust war that has been imposed on the Iranian people," Baghaei stressed in an interview with Newzroom Afrika.

The spokesperson also touched on the Strait of Hormuz, stating that Iran has taken particular steps to "ensure that the aggressors, their ships and vessels do not abuse this waterway to carry out military aggression against Iran."

Trump reiterated that if a deal is not reached, we will target each of their power plants very aggressively, likely all at once. Over the next 2 to 3 weeks, we will strike them extremely hard and send them back to the "stone age" they deserve.
