Azerbaijan's Liberal-Democratic Party to file claim against Baku city administration

The Liberal Democratic Party of Azerbaijan has received a response from the Baku city administration regarding conduction of a picket on June 2, reports Day.Az with reference to the press service for the party.

In the response, the city administration did not sanction the action, as it considers it inexpedient to hold mass actions in front of the State Committee for State Property Management.

In turn, party chairman Fuad Aliyev considers the refusal to sanction the action groundless, as the party was registered and should be provided with office in line with the law.

In this connection it was decided to file a claim against the Baku city administration in the near future.
