Arif Hajili’s imprisonment abolished

Deputies leader of Musavat Rauf Arifoglu’s and Arif Hajili’s complaints have been looked into in the Appeal Court.
APA was informed by editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Yeni Musavat” Rauf Arifoglu. The court process presided by judge Ilham Hasanov was postponed till 2 August. The judge linked it with that the Prosecutor was not ready to the speech.

“Concrete decision will be made in the next court process, either the imprisonment will be abolished or decision making it possible will be made”.

Arif Hajili told APA that, they presented all evidences they got to Judge Salman Huseynov. The court abolished the decision of court of Binagadi district and made decision on abolishing Arif Hajilis’s imprisonment.
