Book dedicated to Azerbaijan published in Czech Republic

 As earlier reported, the Ostrava City Museum in the Czech Republic opened an exhibition "Land of Eternal Fire" dedicated to Azerbaijan. The first volume of the book published on the eve, in Czech language, narrates on the exhibits of the Azerbaijan National History Museum.

As stated, project manager of the book is David Mayer, PhD on historical sciences, the curators are Naile Velikhanly, academician, director of the National History Museum, Roya Tagiyeva, director of Azerbaijan Carpet and Applied Art Museum, Zdenka Klimtova, employee of the Prague State Gallery and Peter Kluchina, member of the Prague Military-History Association.

The edition with perfect design comprises numerous articles and essays with rich photo materials dwelling on art, culture, historical monuments, jewelry and numismatic samples, ancient arms and other exhibits. The second volume of edition is said to be dedicated to the history of carpet-weaving in the Land of Fire.
