Central Bank of Azerbaijan holds training for bankers

The Center for Research and Development at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), Azerbaijan Bank Training Center (ABTC) and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) have co-organized trainings named “Stress testing” and “The governance of the credit portfolio” in Baku.

The trainings are carried out in English by the professor Thomas Koulman and Ph.D. David Sanders of the University of Waterloo. The trainings featured discussions on essence of stress-testing and stress test methodology, governance of the credit portfolio.

Certificates of CBA, ABTC and the University of Waterloo will be presented to employees of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) and commercial banks at the end of the trainings.
