Prices in Baku secondary housing market released

Participants of the Property Market Public Union has released results of the monitoring into the secondary housing market in the Azerbaijani capital conducted in Sept. 2009.
The monitoring revealed that prices of housing in the secondary market was $1,280 per square meter.

Share of three-bedroom flats in the overall portfolio of supply was 39.3 percent and two-bedroom flats – 36.9 percent.

In Sept., 2009, sale of great part of secondary housing accounted for Yasamal, Khatai, Narimanov and Nasimi districts of Baku with total share of 78.1 percent.
