Azerbaijan negotiates with Russia for expanding relations with Ulyanovsk province.

"Azerbaijani side wants leadership of Ulyanovsk province and delegation composed of businessmen to visit Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani delegation is also intended to visit Ulyanovsk. Both sides are interested in the implementation of joint projects," Russian trade representation told the APA.
